I am Courtney Wood, B.A., Certified Pilates Instructor, Holistic Nutritionist, and student of Osteopathy.
I work to bring clients into a state of optimal health through exercise and nutrition counselling. I teach Pilates out of a deep and personal commitment to improving people’s lives. The ease and power of movement that can be achieved with Pilates exercises is amazing to me, as these exercises combine anatomy and mindfulness in a way that is uniquely effective. As a Holistic Nutritionist, I teach others to enjoy and love healthy eating. Through lifestyle management & the intake of nutrient dense foods, I help clients free up an abundance of energy, which leads to the body finding balance and healing itself. The result? Clients feel greater clarity & power in their life.
I am also a Certified Yoga Instructor, Foot Reflexologist & student at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.
